Boundary County is Switching from Nixle to Everbridge for Emergency Alerts
In 2024, Boundary County will be using the Everbridge Alert System to communicate quickly with citizens and businesses during emergencies and other critical events. Residents and visitors are encouraged to register immediately at https://member.everbridge.net/index/311440963535101, to begin receiving these alerts.
Boundary County Emergency Management and the Boundary County Sheriff’s Office will use the Everbridge emergency notification system to alert residents about a variety of events, ranging from severe weather, hazardous materials incidents, wildland fires, evacuations, and other emergencies. You may receive some routine announcements, such as road closures and other public safety messages.
With Everbridge, messages will be sent to your preferred contact method including the Everbridge App, cell phone, SMS, home phone, email, and more-to ensure real-time access to potentially lifesaving information.
